A controlplane/dataplane container is not fully functional immediately.
Requests to a specific pod instance may fail due to it not yet ready.
A container probe should be defined to indicate the pod is ready to serve k8s service requests.
i.e. https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/workloads/pods/pod-lifecycle/#container-probes
