Craig has approved everything that is left on the above document. Turning this over to Mark. I would suggest we create an epic out of this, but I know in Slack there was discussion to just use this PM system like an issue tracker for now. So I'll leave it as is.

Thanks Emily, this version looks much more straight forward then previous versions. Hopefully can start getting under hood soon.
