We tried the 'context" button on the sidebar, but could not work out what it does.

Does it have a use? Should we leave it on, or off?

Some elements of the user interface support multiple actions (for instance, click and long click). If the context toggle button is enabled (in blue) and the element you click support more than one action, then a contextual menu is displayed so that you can pick the desired action. If this option is disabled, then no menu is displayed and the first action (usually the most common) is executed automatically saving you a click.

I have tried this now and note that when context menu disabled the "click" and "long click" does not appear. Nice.
