Right now, the density used is based on mBuild's implementation, which is kg/m^3 so the target volume are calcualted based on this.
It shouldn't be too hard to implement a volume fraction method of determining the target box size given the volume of 1 ellipsoidal bead, the total number of beads, and the desired volume fraction.
