R package that primarily implements the fitting and simulating of log-Gaussian Cox point processes using the stochastic partial differential equation (SPDE) approach. Model fitting is carried out using R-INLA.

The R function fit.multi() provided in this package was used for the analysis of the Garden Bird Feeding Survey (GBFS) data provided by the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) in the paper `A spatio-temporal multi-species model of a semi-continuous response' to appear in the Journal of the Royal Statistical Society series C.
