Understanding Minimization Package

I changed the bounds of N_channels (an argument to the scipy.optimize.minimize function), it altered my answer for N_channels and as a result, reduced the reactor mass. I need to understand why this happened and how to ensure we are getting the actual minimum-mass reactor.
