We should warn about phantom dependencies (dependencies that are used but not specified in the package.json) in the project.
We need a mechanism to also mark some phantom dependencies as 'permitted' since, for example, @firebase/app is supposed to be used as a phantom dependency through firebase https://github.com/firebase/firebase-js-sdk/tree/master/packages/app
