Remove limited access/admin button

Is it possible to remove the toolbar button that switches between limited and admin access?

I just want to give our users access to the terminal window, I've been able to remove all the side menu entries I don't want them to see but would like to remove the "Limited Access" button as they don't have any admin privileges or sudo access and the warning message after a failed sudo run is a bit scary for a normal user :-)
