Two links on Donate Page not working properly #1601

When navigating to the Donate page here: https://secure.codeforamerica.org/page/contribute, there are a couple links that route you to 1) 403: Forbidden Error and 2) Page not found errors, respectively.

Specifically, the 'Building 21st Century Gov' and 'Where We Focus' links route the user to https://www.codeforamerica.org/resources/ and https://www.codeforamerica.org/why-government/focus-areas/, which aren't working properly
