1. Had this phone previously been able to access the site or was it a first try?
2. I notice that it's zoomed in; did you receive a share-your-location prompt before the error message appeared?

1. Many successful accesses before on the phone.
2. I saw error message > covered by location prompt > said OK to location > error message was still there :(

Actually, that error was in Chromium on my Linux machine (Linux Mint Debian Edition)!
