Search for address that is not current location

A couple people at CBOs and HSA have asked for this use case:

• I'm working with a client at my office
• I want to use ebtnearme.org (desktop version) to find the nearest store(s)/ATMs near my client
• Preferably you could do this by searching by address and printing off a map

@alanjosephwilliams, want to think through how this could look if it were on the same page (ebtnearme.org)? Another approach would be to have a separate page (ebtnearme.org/search or something)...
