A mobile APP to take live feed from what is happening on the House Floor on Congress and deliver video of arguments, proceedings, etc, on bills being put to a vote that the user is interested in. A user would be able to download the APP and choose various topics and issues that concern them. They then would be notified of when such discussions on various relevant bills has happened and then be able to watch the recorded proceedings and all that was said in Congress leading up to the vote on the bill of concern to the user. If there is a online publicly accessible video feed like what you would see on C-Span that could be used. If certain metadata was transmitted to help with the AI for the APP that would be great. Closed captioning information would help, but each time such proceedings happen in Congress on C-Span there is also text that is displayed on the screen regarding the representative who is speaking and what bill is being voted on, Yay's, Nay's, etc, tha could be used with to aid the APP by maing use of OCR software.
