Add inApp review reminder to allow users who like the app to rate it.

As opposed to the only ratings being at the time of delete.

I think this is a helpful suggestion to force users up vote the application (if 
they
happened to like it) and rate it in larger volume. After lets say 15 days since 
app
was installed, when user accesses the app we bring up pop and ask him to rate 
it, and
provide option for selecting 'not now' or 'do not ask again'

Prefer to Defer to the next release.
