When the community fund (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fHShi7L1ZLxKPYojl7gjMxFjiL6L4txAeZ7akf9vzd0/edit#gid=1732366753) exceeds Coderbunker expenses (Row 117 https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Ox9BqXPFIFdxp6r01sdzJwmUYlpg_MiNbFkpq2mw2bU/edit#gid=0) for a certain month.
The excess is halved and added to Freelancer 5 and 30 net cash (B174:M174;B199:M199)
