Shift details for restricted shifts lack i18n

Describe the bug
Opening shift details of a shift that is restricted and you're not a member of the shifts facility will provide "Join" button, untranslated.

Additionally, as a side note, there's some placeholder text, instead of useful explanation:

"Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '/helpdesk//shifts////'
2. If you don't see anything unusual:
3. make sure, it's a restricted shift, you picked
4. make sure, you're not already a facility member
5. "Lorem ipsum" and "Join" - no matter what frontend language is chosen.

Expected behavior
Explaining text, what "Join" would be and why I would have to "Join".
Translated version of this text and join button.
