Implement "Direction 2" in userId & appId management proposal.

Migration script
- adds user for backend app articles, reply-requests & article-reply feedbacks (create users from existing entities rumors-db#49)
API change
- create user when resolving user (ad hoc backend user creation #220)
- generate names and avatars randomly for each user(implement name/avatar generator #219)
- update userFieldResolver
