Problem about processing cores

Thanks for the tool. It seems that the 'ncores' is set for the physical core, instead of logical core. There are only two physical cores in our server. Could this be fixed by adding another parameter, such as threads?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. For the moment our algorithm only supports multiple core usage. In the future we will try to add multi-threading for logical cores, although this requires specific R installations that we haven't benchmarked.
