We already support .config/mill-version as alternative to .mill-version. It would be good to support it for other files as well.

  • .mill-jvm-version -> .config/mill-jvm-version
  • .mill-jvm-opts -> .config/mill-jvm-opts

Since precedence is typically local first then .config/, this could be also used to let projects define their preferences in .config/ while still keeping the support for users to make their specific needs persistent, without fighting with version control.
