The following should render as an unordered list:

Please note that you can only request an A10G GPU if that is set up for:
- your organization or,
- a challenge you participate in (and your algorithm can submit to)

e.g.

a challenge you participate in (and your algorithm can submit to)

But on GC it does not:

Adding a new line works but that should not be required:
