Welcome to the CompPyTools wiki!

This repository contains many scripts useful for computational mass spectrometry proteomics. The goal is to avoid redundant work from the people who use Python in the CompOmics group. Due to the fact that different people have worked on each script, it's likely that styles aren't always consistent; hopefully this repository will be useful despite that.
