Feature Request: Compatible with Shoreditch

Not currently possible to make a booking with booking wizard while using shoreditch. Save button on new booking disappears after switching to Shoreditch, reappears when we switch to default.

To reproduce:
(1) switch to shoreditch
1a.systems civicrm 4.7 and drupal 7
1b.administer > system settings > resource URLs
1c.toggle on Shoreditch
1d. save

(2) attempt booking
2a.booking > new booking
2b.select resource
2c. add to basket missing Save Cancel buttons

Perhaps there is a workaround, but the only way we found to have the Save button reappear on Add to Basket was by changing back from shoreditch
