When I am on the detail page, I should see a readme section with the specified styling

Context
The user should see a frame which includes readme information pulled from the resources' GitHub readme (see issue #97 for readme headers styling)

Acceptance Criteria
Given I click a resource card
When I am taken to the details page for that resource
Then I should see the readme information with a readme skeleton that is 672px wide

• the box should fall under the 12 column grid and the 8 point grid.
