Search functionality should be the same as it is on the Concourse docs site

Fuzzy search

Fuzzy search should start only when user has typed 2+ characters
Criteria for the search is the title and description (full description, not truncated desc)
(should this be the description provided in the yaml file or the readme?)

Input

When user starts typing, the placeholder text should disappear and the 'x' should reappear
When user hovers over the 'x', the tooltip should change
