On a browser with javascript disabled, the page is just empty.

Are you interested in implementing/fixing it yourself?

Steps to Reproduce

Disable javascript
Load site

Expected Results

At least a message saying "Please enable javascript", at most an entire html rendered list of resource types

Actual Results

Empty white page
