Add close function to icons

Add functionality to sidebar icons such that the sidebar menu will close when an activated icon is clicked again.

Only 'Sidebar.js' was changed - rebuild is required.

I haven't worked on this for a few years (in fact, the build script isn't working for me, although I haven't tried to debug it yet), but while I was checking I notice that eferhatg/react-leaflet-sidetabs is basically identical, and with a hosted example it gets 5x the downloads, so I'm thinking of archiving this one (I've reached out to the author to check he's prepared to maintain his, and if not I'll keep this alive).

Would that alternative solve your problem?

Hi Mark, Really appreciate the response. I haven't checked it out yet but I will, just came across yours and thought I could contribute something small. Yes, if the other author is maintaining his that's fine, I've just started using the sidebar and was just testing it out so it doesn't impact me significantly. Regards, Peter
