registry_path is hardcoded #31

In the registry.py there is this line
registry_path = '/var/lib/mopidy/pummeluff/tags.json'

I run the extension under dietpi which has a modified data_path. so i needed to set the path manually

Would be creat if the path is read from environment variables.
