Demo has a CI pipeline for the tile

Demo has a pipeline that runs in a real PCF foundation, deploys the latest GitHub release of the tile, and runs through some of the key demo flows to validate functionality.

This should be implemented in such a way that the single script used to run the test is also runnable locally, so that someone can easily check a local version of the tile will pass the demo CI.
