A combination of warm and cold temps along with freezing rain and snow inhibited the cameras panning function. The camera is now mounted to the underside of the tripod to avoid this issue moving forward.

I've been swapping batteries because the solar has not been able to keep up. We've not had much sunlight since you guys were here. When the cam powered up it was unable to pan when doing its movement calibrations. You could hear the motor working but the camera was not moving.
