Hi,
I am using r5r to estimate cycling travel times with a new cycling tunnel in Norway. I use terrain data to account for elevation, but am uncertain if the package accounts for the fact that the tunnel is without hills. I believe the terrain data only covers ground level, and thus the flatness of the new tunnel is not accounted for. Can you confirm if this is the case? And in that case, is it possible to estimate travel times dependent on terrain, with tunnels?
