Did you test with native pdfium_test?

No, I just use your Online Demo. It may not relate to CropBox since I find that the original file (without CropBox) already shows incorrect in the Online Demo.

I am sorry. I forget to say, it is CentOS 5.5 and Firefox ESR 24.2.0.
