Documentation of all templates

Right now, there is no exhaustive documentation of what all templates files are and how they are meant to be used. ref.yml documents the meta.yml data used in the various templates, which to me is a nearly orthogonal kind of documentation. We probably want to have some kind of list of all *.mustache files, where each entry has at least a sentence describing it.
