We need to develop a better notification plugin.
Required features

Ability to send notification immediately or schedule it
Ability to select target audiences
Ability to select a specific article (if it is relevant to the notification)
Ability to add title and body (text boxes)
Ability to send the article url (if relevant), so we can deep link into the app
