Would it be possible to update the live examples to support deflate DICOM instance.

Right now it displays a rather confusing message:

Status: Error - TypeError: Cannot read property 'module' of undefined (file of size 4.046 MB )

Tested with:

https://rawgit.com/cornerstonejs/dicomParser/master/examples/dragAndDropDump/index.html

Oh that's odd.. We might just need to add Pako:

dicomParser/src/parseDicom.js
