When open Media Manager from site tools on mobile, the page is not displayed in a structured manner

Styling here is basically the same as in the standard DokuWiki template (the behavior is probably the same in your current template). The media manager is really optimized for desktop use.

Fixing this would probably need some serious refactoring on how the media manager works upstream. It could easily take a couple of days. Is it worth the effort for you?
