[1.48.0] Warning Messages are Flickering

Description
WARNING Messages appear and dissapear all the time.

They show up:

A few seconds later, they don't (for ~1s)

Then they show up again.

It makes the app to look broken

Suspicion

I think is because we probably handle the LOADING state as an "unknown state" so we hide the warnings.

However, if we have the warning, we shouldn't invalidate it because of soft price refresh (only when something sustancial changes, like the sell amount or sth)

Notes

I don't think this is from the RELASE, but ideally we would look at this, because is causing a very bad effect
