WC: 'change wallet' or the 2nd connection does not work properly #3432

  1. Connect to a wallet using WC
  2. Open the Account modal, press on the Change wallet button, connect to MM
  3. Open the Account modal, press on the Change wallet button
  4. Select WC again

AR: The app blinks, the connection is returned back to the MM. When press on the 'Change wallet' once again, 'Connecting' pop-up hangs.
However, the app appears to be connected to WC when refresh the page

ER: the wallet is changed according to the selection.

Note: same happens when connect to a WC wallet 2 times. E.g.:

  1. connect to a wallet using WC
  2. disconnect
  3. connect to a wallet using WC once again.
