Error when place ETH order after changing wallet #4583

Steps:

  1. Connect to MM on Ethereum
  2. Connect to Coinbase on Arb
  3. Place an ETH order on Ethereum with MM
  4. Quiclky change wallet to Coinbase and place ETH order there

AR: (not always) error appears.

Note: the 2nd order is successfully placed

ER: add wait time before order placement in order to get the latest fee update?
