  1. Create a new Safe, add funds there
  2. Open CoW Swap app there
  3. Go to TWAP order
  4. Place a TWAP order with all bundled TXs in one go (order creation, safe modification, approval+order placenet)
  5. Check the 'Safe needs modification' message

AR: it is still displayed on the form until I refresh the page
not auto-removed

ER: it should be removed as soon as TX is executed.
