为什么cozepy自动会log #155

非常奇怪，我用fastapi框架写了项目，然后启动项目后，随便打印一个logger.info 或者logger.error

然后我执行
pip uninstall cozepy
暂时卸载掉这个库，就不会自己logger在终端

然后我再次安装，
❯ pip list | grep cozepy
cozepy 0.9.1
继续会自己打印。。。

请问这个会是什么问题？
