Non-functional on v142

Tried getting this to work on a project using 2019 Platform Toolset (v142). Rebuilt MinHook and still had a bunch of errors, so gave up trying to get this working. Please consider providing a up-to-date working version of this dependency in the release, it would make life a lot easier for us. I realise the problem is most likely between the chair and the keyboard, but out of the box functionality would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
