The CQF Ruler is an implementation of FHIR's Clinical Reasoning Module and serves as a knowledge artifact repository and clinical decision support service.
The CQF Ruler provides support for the following:
- Quality Measure Processing
- CDS Hooks Request Processing
- Publicly available FHIR Server (using HAPI JPA Server)
- PlanDefinition $apply operation
- ActivityDefinition $apply operation
- Narrative generation for selected resources
- Resource loading (file->server and server-server)
- Excel spreadsheet to FHIR ValueSet conversion
- CQL Execution Service
