General information

The codebase should be checked the same way as podman-desktop itself and default extensions meaning:

creating eslint configuration
adding required devDependencies
creating 'lint:check'/'lint:fix' package.json scripts to call linter
add 'yarn lint:check' call to pr-check.yaml and release.yaml
