podman - 4.4.2 static binary name is changed and now contain arch info #662

https://github.com/containers/podman/releases/tag/v4.4.1 now have podman-remote-static-linux_arm64.tar.gz and podman-remote-static-linux_amd64.tar.gz instead podman-remote-static.tar.gz , this need to updated in our podman bundle creation side.

In 4.4.2 release looks like after extracting the bundle there is /bin folder so we again need to change it for #633 PR once we start generating bundle for 4.4.2 . We either keep this issue open or create a new one once #633 is merged.
