Add libs and example scripts for power usage and presence

Reading power usage and presence data is supported in the microapp - bluenet protocol. However, no classes exist for making these calls, nor do example apps exist for them.

See #8 for inspiration, although this may need to be updated to reflect changes in the protocol since then.
