Comments on the group: Request by Rod

Need comments on the group, not just the image within the group. But where would the comments live? There is currently no album owner. So as it stands it seems like each user making an album comment would have to have their own stream of comments which would need to be merged to present. If we had a single album owner then there is the risk that that person could go away then we'd lose all comments for that album.
