Hello !
I would like to produce a barplot and heatmap with different module completeness thresholds. I see it could be modified by adding a parameter used in plot_function_barplots and create_output_files. Is there any branch/version that implements this already, is there a plan to add it or should I go on with a pull request ? I don't think I have seen it.
