DEPENDENCIES

Dependencies:

 * make, autoconf, g++, pkg-config, bison (only in tools/) 
 * BLAS library (OpenBLAS, Intel MKL, AMD BLIS, cuBLAS) [checks common locations and tries pkg-config]
 * GMP library (libgmp-dev)
 * Pythondev [only used by experimental reinforcement learning code to use python
              minihack environment for machine learning testing and can be removed
   	      by disabling reinforcement learning code compilation
	      (requries some source code/compilation process editing)]


This software uses / has PocketFFT header file in src/math/pocketfft_hdronly.h.
The basic_fft() and basic_ifft() routines use it for fast FFT (fast fourier transform).
