The Sustained Attention of Response Task [1] is used to measure how long a person can sustain attention. Basically, a bunch of numbers between 1-9 are shown on a screen and the user must not respond unless a chosen digit (for example, 3) is shown. Seems pretty similar to the GO-NOGO task, so should be pretty easy to model with similar systems.
