For instance in the BibTex:

  ...
  title = {Efficient {SpiNNaker} simulation of a heteroassociative memory using the {Neural Engineering Framework}},
  ...

The {} braces signal to LaTeX/BibTex what should remain capitalized. We should be including these in most of our publications so that acronyms and proper nouns stay capitalized in the title when cited. However this doesn't play nicely with the website, which displays the braces as is.

I think the change can be made here: https://github.com/ctn-waterloo/website/blob/master/ctn_waterloo/pages.py#L56 (?)

Might have. Didn't test this particular case yet.
