White paper

A lot of people are hitting that white paper link on the training page. It's a shame to not catch their email to get in touch with them later.
We should check on mailchimp for options to handle their email address and send the white paper through that channel.

TODO:

• Create a form to register the email address
• Add email address to a specific mailchimp (MC) segment
• Create cover email with training white paper URL
• Send the white paper from MC
